Congragulations on your hard-earned victory today, what a spectacle! plenty of drama, was so sad to see john get the kick in the face, after so recently returning from injury lay-off, it was a brave effort by him, typical of the man, a true “british lion” I look forward to his speedy return and leading this nation on to great things. It will happen ONE day!!!
Frank Lampard showed in his interview after what a great team spirit you have there; the first thing he wanted to do was visit john at his bedside, same for Didier”John more important than trophy” he said. Yes I think a great human story came out of todays match, from these players comments and I bet that didn’t half warm the cockles of jose’s heart. Well done blues and best wishes to john and all his family Jack - Man city fan

This is great news for chelsea and great sign of relief for Jose.He was the most worried person.I also heard that he imagined this and compared it to that of cech ’s injury.

Presence of terry will do a lot of good for the match against portsmouth
